Mirzapur The Movie crosses Rs 315 crore worldwide
India net stands at about Rs 217 crore after 18 days; Monday's take fell sharply after the weekend.
Mirzapur The Movie has reached about Rs 315.14 crore in worldwide gross after 18 days in theatres, with India net at about Rs 217.45 crore, Times of India reported, citing Sacnilk figures.
On Monday, Day 18, the film added Rs 1.75 crore net in India across 4,456 shows, down 65% from Sunday's Rs 5 crore. Occupancy that day was about 13%. India gross after 18 days is put at about Rs 258.89 crore. Overseas gross is about Rs 56.25 crore after a Rs 50 lakh add on Day 18.
The third weekend still held up before the Monday drop: Rs 2.75 crore on Friday, Rs 4.50 crore on Saturday, and Rs 5 crore on Sunday. Week 1 had brought about Rs 148.45 crore India net. Week 2 added about Rs 55 crore.
The film opened on 4 September 2026. Gurmeet Singh makes his feature debut as director. Pankaj Tripathi leads as Kaleen Bhaiya, with Ali Fazal, Divyenndu, Jitendra Kumar, and Ravi Kishan among the returning Mirzapur faces. The movie sits as an interquel inside the timeline of the show's first season.
A streaming crime saga turning into a Rs 300-crore-plus theatrical run is still rare in Hindi cinema. The numbers say the franchise's pull survived the move from phone screens to multiplexes, even as the usual weekday slide after a third weekend set in.
For the business side of Bollywood, the film is also a test of how much a known OTT world can mint at the ticket window without a festival release calendar or a holiday spike. The Monday fall is normal for week three. The cumulative pile is what studios and exhibitors will keep citing.
Watch whether the film holds above Rs 1 crore on weekdays through the rest of week three, and how overseas adds as more markets report. Studio and distributor updates may revise the Sacnilk totals. The longer question is whether Mirzapur stays a theatrical brand or snaps back to being mainly a series.
